What happens, and how payment works.
Every treatment starts with the free phone consultation. That is where we work out what suits you, whether it is appropriate for you at all, and what your drip should contain. In Australia, IV drips are classified as prescription only, meaning they require oversight by a medical professional. This ensures they are safe and appropriate for each individual's medical needs.
Once that is settled you book online. The deposit is the same for every service and is shown to you in the booking system before you confirm. The balance is billed after you have been treated.
Your first treatment also carries a $50 initial script fee. Charged once and valid for 12 months. Treatment prices are published on each service page.
Cancelling or rescheduling
At Nourish IV Therapy, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients and minimise missed appointment times, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 12 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
By booking an appointment with Nourish IV Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
Paying the balance
We accept all major payment methods for your convenience. Pay by card with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are also welcome.
We also accept cash, cheques, and gift cards, and can process card payments over the phone.
