Step 1: Free phone consultation
We talk through what you want to address, your medical history, and whether IV therapy is suitable for you at all. This is where we work out which treatment fits. It is free, it carries no deposit, and it is not a sales call: because IV drips are prescription only in Australia, this conversation is how we make sure a treatment is appropriate for you before anything is booked.
Step 2: Your plan
The practitioner formulates a drip around your goals, or confirms one of the set packages if you would rather have a ready made option.
Step 3: Book and pay your deposit
You book online. A deposit is taken through the booking system when you book. The balance is billed after your appointment. The amount is shown to you before you confirm.
Step 4: Your appointment
We come to you: your home, your workplace or your hotel. You do not need a clinic, and you do not need to drive anywhere afterwards.
Step 5: Aftercare and follow up
We tell you what to expect afterwards and check in on how you went.
Step 6: The balance
The remaining balance is billed after the appointment. Nothing is charged before you have been treated.
