Terms of Service

The terms you book under.

What we provide, what we need from you, how the deposit and payment work, and where each of us stands if something does not go to plan.

Last updated 27 July 2026

These are the terms you are agreeing to when you book. They cover what we provide, what we need from you, how money works, and where each of us stands if something goes wrong.

These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any service you book from Nourish IV Therapy Pty Ltd (ABN 59 698 350 042), trading as Nourish IV Therapy ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or using this site, you accept them. Read them alongside our privacy policy, which forms part of them.

What we provide

We provide mobile IV vitamin therapy, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, blood testing and EDTA chelation. Treatment is delivered where you are: your home, your workplace or your hotel. We travel across the whole of the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia.

In Australia, IV drips are classified as prescription only, meaning they require oversight by a medical professional. This ensures they are safe and appropriate for each individual's medical needs. All treatments are administered by a qualified health professional.

We are not an emergency or urgent care service, and we do not replace your general practitioner. If you are having a medical emergency, call 000.

Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old and able to give your own consent to treatment. Do not book on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and agreement, since we will be relying on the health information attached to that booking.

This website is not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about what we offer. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome. People respond differently to the same treatment, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise about how you will respond to yours.

Bookings, deposit and payment

Bookings are made through our online booking system, which also takes the deposit. A booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and we have confirmed the time with you. Times are subject to availability.

A flat $100 AUD deposit is paid online when you book, for every service. The balance is billed after your appointment.

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and are starting prices. What you pay depends on what is formulated for you, which is settled at the consultation before you are treated.

To be confirmedAccepted payment methods to be confirmed.

Cancelling, rescheduling and missed appointments

To be confirmedCancellation and rescheduling policy to be supplied.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as we know, and you can take the next available time or a refund of your deposit.

What we need from you on the day

Because we come to you rather than you coming to a clinic, part of the setup is on your side:

  • Give us the correct address, and tell us about parking, gates, building access or anything else we need in order to reach you.
  • Provide a clean, well lit space with somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down for the length of the appointment.
  • Make the space safe to work in. Pets secured, and room to set up without obstruction.
  • Be there at the booked time. If nobody is at the address, we treat it as a missed appointment.
  • Tell us straight away if your health has changed since your consultation.

We may end a visit and leave without treating you if the environment is unsafe, or if anyone present is intoxicated, threatening or abusive. If that happens, the appointment is treated as a missed appointment.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that arises from health information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete, or from not following the aftercare guidance we give you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our booking platform, and other sites

Scheduling and payment are handled by a third party booking platform, which opens in a pop-up on this site. Your use of it is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Card details are entered there and never touch this website.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Website content and acceptable use

The text, images and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read and share the pages. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Do not use this site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or breaks the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book is the version that applies to that booking, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
